• What is a custom Back-to-School Pack?

1. A custom Back-to-School Pack is a pack that includes brand name school supplies selected by your child's teacher. Simply select the grade/teacher from the list of packs available and with one easy purchase your child is ready for the first day of school. The pack will be shipped either directly to your home or to your school depending on the program your school selected. Just think, no hassles, no crowds, and no lines!

• How long will my school's store be open?

1. Your school will provide you with information regarding the dates that your school store is open. Typically the store will be open for a few weeks.

• How do I assign a pack to my child?

1. Once you have selected your child's Back-to-School Pack from the list and placed it in the shopping basket, you will have the opportunity to fill in your child's first and last name. If you order more that one grade pack, you will need to fill in the first and last name of each child below the appropriate pack.

• How do I add additional items to my child's pack?

1. First, you need to add the additional items to your shopping basket. Next, below each additional item you will see the statement "Assign to Pack" and the pack ID numbers will be listed. Next to each ID number is a box. Fill in the quantity of that item that goes in each Back-to-School Pack with the corresponding ID number.

• How do I know that my child will receive his/her pack in time for school?

1. All Back-to-School Packs will ship a couple of weeks before the first day of school. When your school signed up for the online program, they provided Innisbrook with the date school starts. Whether your child's pack is shipping directly to your school or to your home, you will receive a shipment notification by email.

• I have more than one child, how do I know that the correct pack gets to each of my children's classrooms?

1. Each Back-to-School Pack is labeled with the student's first and last name and the teacher's name. Orders shipped to schools can easily be distributed to the correct classrooms.

• What forms of payment are accepted?

1. We currently accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card.

• When will I be billed for my order?

1. Your credit card will be billed when you place your order.

• Is it safe to provide my credit card information on this site?

1. Innisbrook takes every possible step to ensure your privacy and to protect your credit information. All credit card information is transmitted via a secure web site.

• Can I order over the phone?

1. Your school has been set up as an online program. If you have any difficulty placing your order through this web site we will gladly accept your order via phone. Please call 1-877-525-5608 between 8:30 am and 7:00 pm Monday through Thursday or 8:30 am to 5:00 pm Friday Eastern Time.

• If my order ships to my school, how will I know when it ships?

1. You will receive a shipment notification via email as soon as your order ships.

• How will my email address be used?

1. Wherever we ask for your email address, we will explain how it will be used and will give you an opportunity to opt out of its use. We require that you enter your email address as part of the order entry process so that we can contact you about your order if necessary. The address may be passed to your school so that a school representative can communicate with you about your order. Innisbrook will not share or sell your email address to any other third parties.

• When can I expect to receive my order for Summer Workbooks?

1. All Summer Workbook orders will ship immediately. Standard delivery is typically 3 to 6 business days after we receive your order.

• If my school's store is closed, can I still order my child's Back-to-School Pack?

1. Yes. At any time we welcome you to visit Innisbrook School Supplies online. Once your school store is closed, please click the link to Innisbrook School Supplies from the website www.buyschoolstuff.com or you can go directly to www.innisbrook.com and select the link to school supplies on the home page. Although the details on the Back-to-School Pack created by your child's teacher will not be stored at this site, the school supplies in the pack should be available. Innisbrook stocks over 500 brand name school supplies.

• If my school's store is closed, can I still order Summer Workbooks?

1. Yes. Summer Workbooks can be purchased at any time at www.innisbrook.com.
